Still not satisfied with your purchase? No problem!

You have the right to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive the product. Please let us know within these 14 days via hallo@zozoro.shop know that you want to return the product. The products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.

From the moment the request is submitted, you have another 14 days to return the product.

NB!

Products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery are not covered by the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged for this reason.

Money Back

We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days from the moment you have indicated that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal. In the event that the entire order is returned, we will also refund the initial shipping costs. However, we must have received the product in good order or you must be able to prove that you have returned the product.

The return shipment is at your own risk. We advise you to pack the product well.

Zo Zero sees the idea of ​​'buying as much as possible online, because I can return for free' as a major social problem. In the case of a return shipment, a negative impact on the environment is created twice, which is not compensated by the use of sustainable products. To discourage this and to encourage our customers to make a well-considered choice and not to make impulse purchases, the costs for returning products are at your own expense. If a product is defective, we will of course cover the costs of the return shipment.

Product Exchange

Do you want to exchange a product? Then place a new order and return the products you want to exchange. We will refund the purchase amount of the initial order to your account. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.
